Not the best . our check in person wasn’t the friendless and didn’t answer question well seemed like we were taking up her time . bags weren’t in room took phone calls to get almost half to hr later, then some came to check bar again then someone came in as thought room was empty . room wasn’t make up twice had to ring during our stay . lights flicking had to leave off . tv was skipping then remote didn’t work - when rang down to reception for batteries the person that bought then up told us it was a new system and is working . so we said be our guest and try them ( cause we must be lying ) we them were given new remote . it still was jumping but least could change channel etc . long life milk was off in fridge. use all data on phone as were told had free wifi. we filled out online form and told people when there also at check out but were given a sorry and fre bottle wine . we were there for a week . had your wine and give what we paid for . May seem small issues but was more and Constance .Also renovating rooms on our floor and weren’t given the courteous of telling . some noise and paint smell. for the money will stay elsewhere next time .
